Returns

Returns are accepted only if:

• You receive a damaged product.
• You receive the wrong item.

Please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@karmikritual.com with your order number and clear photos/videos.

No Exchange

We do not offer exchanges on any products. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Refunds

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

Used, customized, sale, or correctly delivered products cannot be returned or refunded.
